Where are my prints shipped from?

All prints are lovingly created in and sent off from the south of England by me and a small team of professional fine art printers! 


How will my print(s) be packaged?

Prints sized A4 and smaller are packaged flat, sandwiched between acid-free tissue paper and recycled cardboard, then placed in a mailer to keep them smooth and safe on their way to you. Prints sized larger than A4 are gently rolled closed with acid-free tissue paper and placed in a sturdy cardboard postal tube to ensure they're protected on their journey to you. In addition to carbon neutral prints, great care is taken to make sure the packaging used is recyclable and/or compostable where feasible while still ensuring your orders are packaged securely.


When will my print(s) be shipped?

Within the UK, all orders should arrive within 7-10 business days of your order being placed, with the option to choose a First Class - Signed For service that tends to be a day or two quicker.

All orders outside the UK are posted via standard Airmail (with the option to choose a Tracked & Signed For service) and have an average delivery estimate of 10-15 days. Orders sent out to the EU and surrounding regions might get to you quicker than this, while orders further afield may take a little longer. Unfortunately, the shipping process is out of my control, although I do my best to make sure prints are dispatched within 3-5 days of receiving your order so your delivery times are as quick as possible!


Can I have my print(s) delivered the next day?

All prints are made to order and the printing process takes a few days before dispatch- so I'm unable to offer next day delivery at this time. Selecting Tracked & Signed For delivery at checkout does mean you can keep an eye on your print(s) on their way to you, however!

Do you offer free shipping?

Sorry, I'm afraid not. Shipping costs are out of the control of artists and creators, and as a small business, I'm unfortunately unable to absorb the costs of shipping like larger businesses are able to do.

My order hasn't arrived!

While all care is taken to get your prints to you safely, things can get lost in the postal system (particularly in the case of international orders) and I am unfortunately unable to replace or refund prints that go missing. This is why I recommend selecting Tracked & Signed For delivery at checkout; this method ensures I can send a tracking number your way through which you can keep an eye on your order!
